Omg there's this guy Connor, he's like so amazing. He's a thorough personal trainer if you want a man to really work those muscles and get you in shape then he's the man for you. Lily on the other hand has the most amazing class on Fridays, she worked me so well making sure I had the right form. All around a great gym with great great instructors and classes, you will definitely find something and someone that works well for you.
I’ve been in this gym for nearly 5 years. Always amazing classes and good quality machines. Recently joined Phil’s “Learn to Lift” class which was very helpful in teaching proper form, tips and tricks for weight lifting. Would definitely recommend this gym!!
This gym is amazing. Everyone, workers especially, are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is searching for a gym. I haven’t heard a single bad thing about this gym from people i know who go to this gym. Everything is very sanitary and clean.

NRG Gym is very spacious, the staff is friendly, and the registration is digitalized and simple. They organize a variety of classes varying between Yoga, Spinning, and even Boxing !! This Gym has free access to the Sauna under maintenance until Feb-23, and free 2-hour parking near High Street. The fees are super cheap £18.99 pm, I got referred through a friend who luckily got an entire FREE month !!
I am a current member of the gym it's good the gym is 24/7 and staff is very helpful. However the equipments are mostly broken and not working properly or making so noise. Besides it's been nearly a complete month since the scale is not working. Its a shame for a gym to have a broken scale with a damaged plug. Members need to track their weight programmes. It's been annoying recently!!
Phil was an incredible staff member to be greeted by. He gave me a whole tour of the place and made sure I was very comfortable before beginning my workout! Will be returning !! :

The best welcoming at reception by Conner his smile is always the first thing I see it makes me really happy, Really good facility i love the private womens sauna as this is great for my religion and I feel this gym gives me respect and privacy this is everything I need After long time I come gym due to passing, this has made me really happy to feel safe and welcome I don’t have to worry being a older female in this club Thank you NRG Watford
I am giving 5 stars for 5 reasons - firstly, I had some really good weightlifting sessions with Phil Platten, he is very knowledgeable and really helped me with techniques & understanding range of movements. Secondly, the gym is good value for money and thirdly, the amount of equipment, functional area & classes included in the membership is wide, fourth point is it includes a sauna, and the 5th reason, the bonus point - the gym includes my favourite Crossface MMA centre!!
