I had a visit from the ot and very quickly got a stair lift installed . Great that helps me sleep upstairs I had a visit from the engie people to make plans to install a wet room this was done beginning if may approved shortly after still waiting I cannot get through to anyone who can answer my questions as to a rough time scale fir the work to be done
Still waiting on a gate and fence being done from december gone... got told its on a 40 day ticket only to ring 41 days later and be told its on another 40 day ticket again as theyve been and couldnt gain access.. well thats odd considering the gates completey off and on the ground. These dont cone out unless you kick off.. Guess what, its April and im still waiting and cant use the wheel chair out the back. JOKE'S!!!!
My mother who is having to be relocated due to her sheltered accommodation being pulled down has had a lovely visit of Dean and Danny from YHN very helfull and accommodating to my mother's needs keep up the good work Many thanks you are making a traumatic experience very easy for her
waited 6 months for a repair, now trying to contact local office is a joke, phones always busy and they never answer e-mails

Housing officers is very very lazy n also don't listen to what u have to say n also thick as 2 planks
