Been asking these to help with neighbours for 4 years now. Nothing gets done at all. They still haven’t repaired stuff from When I first moved in 9 years ago

i am in Jarrow flats and have been waiting for a repair man since 8 am. I was assured he would be here between 8am and 12 noon but it is 2pm and still no sign. i called at 12.15 and I was asked to call back if i had not heard by 1pm. So at 1pm i called back to be told they hope to be with me today. They said they have had lots of urgent calls. Obviously none of the urgent calls included calling me to say they would be late. what appalling service. I have put 1 star but they do not deserve that.

Very unhelpful especially towards elderly tenants that have no access to computers or know how to use one. No empathy and zero intention of any face to face help. Busy they may be but they shouldn't put that above their duty to look after the tenants keeping them in a job. Learn to care more.

Probably a minus one live in a damp ridden house. Complained for 4 plus years enough is enough. We pay full rent +coucil tax been a tennent sinve 1984. moved house treated like a nobody who is ignorant to the varied causes of condensation. The house we live in was poorly built avioding the issue modern day living sick and tierc pf complaining

Contacted council over bees nest in roof next to bedroom window bees getting in all the time ther response we don't deal with bees wait till August when hey disappear or pay for some one to remove them yourself can't go in garden or put washing out Totally disgusting

They want you to give then stuff for next to nothing then they sell it for extortionate prices.

I haven’t got a clue what to do especially office people
