Probably a minus one live in a damp ridden house. Complained for 4 plus years enough is enough. We pay full rent +coucil tax been a tennent sinve 1984. moved house treated like a nobody who is ignorant to the varied causes of condensation. i am in Jarrow flats and have been waiting for a repair man since 8 am. I was assured he would be here between 8am and 12 noon but it is 2pm and still no sign. i called at 12.15 and I was asked to call back if i had not heard by 1pm. So at 1pm i called back to be told they hope to be with me today. They said they have had lots of urgent calls. Obviously none of the urgent calls included calling me to say they would be late. what appalling service. I have put 1 star but they do not deserve that.
