everytime you call they are too busy, absolute joke. Service is shockingly terrible, they never seem to have anything ready, very unorganised, unfortunately taxi drivers do not have a choice apart from go to this shambles of a place twice a year.

This is by FAR the worst establishment ive ever visited, Newcastle council should be ashamed to have these guys on the payroll. Where are the regulations and procedures gone? You got staff wondering around clueless like idiots. Half the people that work there are the most clueless people i have ever met. The manager Andy Macbeth couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery . THE GUY IS ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. PLEASE REPORT THIS ORGANISATION TO THE COUNCIL SO THEY CAN REVIEW STAFF AND THERE PROCEDURES. STUPID TO BE PAYING FOR A SERVICE OFF THESE BUFFOONS.
