I didn't stay but dropped a friend, who said she had an exceptionally good night's sleep there. Clean, quiet and good value. The reception manager was welcoming and helpful, with boards showing numerous local places of interest
Another great YHA stay. A really well run hostel with phenomenal shower water pressure!nnIt was heartwarming to see the staff accommodate groups of teenagers, who were also having a great time whilst being respectful of those around. In essence, everything YHA should be about.nnAnd, the view from the room wasn't bad either. Hope to be back one day.
We had an amazing stay, our room 6 person private dorm was excellent with a beautiful view. The yha way exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, super close to the beach and town. Staff were really friendly and helpful.nnI was careless enough to lose my license in the hostel and after asking around, I never found it, but several weeks later the yha kindly delivered it to me in the post! Thank you so much yha swanage
This is my fourth stay in a YHA and probably my favourite thus far.nNice location.nGreat rooms.nGood showers.nNice common areas.nTasty breakfast.nClose to the action in town.
Great location, downhill to the beach and steep but short walk back. Staff lovely and helpful, big kitchen, nice lounge, breakfast good, bedroom was excellent YHA standard. Only gripe was grotty guests not clearing up after themselves in the kitchen and expecting others to do it. Had a great trip and looking forward to staying again. We even saw this fella in the garden!
