They are just usless! Yesterday I call since 8.30am for a appointment but was saying 'line busy' or 'is closed at the moment' even I phone until I went to the gp, even I call outside but was saying line was busy when I seen from outside in my practice no one was on the phone. For personal reason I couldn't go. Today I call 63 times since 8.29am to book a appointment and they answer me at 8.47am when they told all appointment are full. Is just ridiculous!

Needed a fit note for work. Unable to walk far due to illness, but tried to get there as early as possible. Called all the way there with no answer. Got to the desk at 8:50. When the receptionist got off the phone was incredibly rude, saying I should have been there by 8:30 like everyone else. I asked for further advice about fit note and got the repeated 'should have been here at 8:30' response. I understand the GPs are busy (so much so I haven't even met my GP yet, I keep having to go to the walk in centre), but being rude to obviously ill patients is unnecessary.

We joined recently...Yellow Practice...Dr Saba Khan (female) who is very good. I think your experience will depend upon which colour practice you are part of and your allocated GP. Yellow Practice is smaller that the other colour practices and we have been really impressed with Saba Khan who has a guenuine care of her patients.

If I could do no stars I would. It's ridicules here. My partner and I have been I'll for days and still unable to get an appointment. Every time we try and contact it's the same old lies and Agrovation. Wish this place sorted there selves out. And the well who actually train whose people it's a complete shamble 2 out of the three I no that work there are rude, ignore calls, 1 elderly lady which was in front of me was spoken to like a piece of dirty, as soon as other local doctors have spaces We will be moving straight away. Left my partner with out any of his pain medication all weekend when they no what pain he is in from a very nasty injury to his knee. I'm disgusted with the way they have done that.
