I have just been for blood tests and the room was filthy. The woman doing the tests hadn't cleaned up the biohazard materials from the previous patient and then dumped my needle in the same dish that had been used for them. When I questioned this she took the needle out of the used dish and got another one off the side to put it (same needle) in and said that was clean. She then lifted up the tray of biohazard waste and dumped it on the side. There was some cotton wool underneath this dirty tray which she proceeded to pick up and try and clean my skin with ready for the needle, at which point I left. I told reception and they said if I wanted to complain I should put it in writing. No apology, no questions or concern. When I asked who to write to they refused to give me a name.

Absolute joke front of house staff so unhelpful and so rude. Drs seems to have given up with the patients. Definitely thinking of moving drs as my partner has serious health condition and drs stopped his medication with no reasons why know hes in absolute agony daily and can barely walk!!

Once you get an appointment the doctors are great. The reception however are extremely rude, give false advice and seem angry at the fact you are booking an appointment even though I probably visit once or twice a year. A painful experience.
