I did give 5 stars to the surgery before and never had any problems. However, recently, twice I booked to see my regular GP but once they booked me completely with a different doctor and next time they said we have 2 doctors with same family name so you should have mentioned which one! Receptionist quality is 2 starts. Doctors are still perfect.

They use to be caring practice and you could get an appointment, shame I cannot say that anymore the deterioration has become very evident!!
