Awful practice. The doctors are fine but the receptionists are rude and the computers systems/phone lines are ancient and will take 2 hours off of your life to just be told they're fully booked up.
We've been with Red Practice for over a decade. It provides a very good service. Making an appointment sometimes take a while if you call but with the online form applications it's quite good.
Unable to get an appointment for several weeks despite being in hospital & told I need a face to face appointment with my GP. Unable to get blood test done for weeks. All basic levels of care that can’t be accommodated & having a detrimental impact on my health. I am now forced into having to move practice as no way of seeing a Dr at this surgery. I appreciate everyone is under a lot of pressure at the moment, however, following discharge from hospital & not being able to see a GP as advised, not acceptable
The worst surgery I have ever come across in my life. Their website is broken, their phone lines are useless and their doctors basically could not care less! I called and waited TWO HOURS On hold only for the phone to automatically hang up on me as I get to second position! The online form is unavailable to use as they are fully booked! You speak to a doctor and they give you no help or advice on your condition. I don’t understand where I am supposed to go!!!
Just received text from the practice saying Livi no longer available free….. then cuts out with link to full message which doesn’t work. Livi is the only way to get an appointment with a doctor without spending hours trying to get through if the early morning on line form is cut off early as full. Please Red Practice send a full message or make sure the link works. Or put it clearly in your website. I can’t phone you to tell you as it takes 30-60 minutes to get through.
this clinic should be closed long ago! no one is able to help me, the ladies at the reception are unpleasant and do not even try to help. for 4 months I have been trying to get gynecological help and make an appointment and I am ignored
I understand the demand for doctors is ever increasing, however, good luck ever getting through to someone! On average you can wait Upto half an hour before you get hold of someone. Also, trying to book online for an appointment you will have no joy there either. The forms are normally full around first thing in the morning meaning you have try again the next day. The practice seems to be quite understaffed
So upsetting to witness this practise going from great to a continue disappointment. The best doctors have left, the ones still there do not have any kind of sympathy or professionalism. Receptionists always rude and not interested in their jobs. Letters from the hospital completely ignored and above all wrong prescriptions given! The latest being this: Back in November the hospital issued a post-operation 'urgent' blood test request to the practise. We received a text with the request to book for the blood text TODAY! Exactly 3 months after!
This practice is far from being the place you would think would be a medical service. They are still operating with limited services introduced during the pandemic 2 years ago, which is quite comfortable for them not to have anyone come in if you do you will be told off by the receptionist!, you can try calling in to ask for help but chances are you will stay on the line for over an hour and it will hang up. Then you can also try sending a request via the website which in most cases will tell you to call in and book an appointment, so good luck!! This is a service and they are not acting as such.
The system for making an appointment is through on line request form only available from 07.30 to 08.00.I accessed this service at 07.30 today , the message is no appointments available today , try tomorrow.I was trying to get an appointment for my wife.This practice makes it extremely difficult to access face to face appointments
