Nice place with a cozy atmosphere, greatly positioned and with a village's atmosphere. A good display of good quality cheeses occasionally together with the beers being of a wide variety of selection. Surely would return especially on a weekend.
So lucky to have a proper pub as our local. Thanks to Simon and all of the team for all their hard work all year round

Cozy pub with a decent beer selection. Mulled cider was delicious. The proprietor, Simon, is a true gentleman with some great stories! Go early to get a table as it fills up quickly.
Proper old type pub. Good real ale and friendly atmosphere. Also a nice location in Rowhedge.
