A quaint little pub with much to offer both locals and visitors is the Queen Street Brewhouse. The day I visited the bar man was so helpful and knowledgeable on the many choices of beers and ales that they offered. The toilets were also very clean.
Quirkiest pub in town. Proper tiny but friendly atmosphere where patrons let their freak flag fly! Excellent range of Belgian beers in the fridge. Also a decent number of taps offering a broad range of craft beer.decent cider offerings. Not a massive spirits or wine pub though. Quirky live music acts and little beer garden out back

Amazing range of craft ciders and beers, live bands as well which really stands you out from the crowd in Essex. Nice atmosphere too. Try the mango cider!!!
