Delicious home cooked food ,well kept beers ,freindly staff and a varied list of events make for a wonderful community hub

Great staff, friendly clientelle, great beer & drink selection and fantastic food that never lets you down. So impressed by the way the pub has adapted in line with government Covid regulations & still does a brilliant job. Best pub in Wivenhoe.

Not alot to report here. Little village pub selling beers and food. Little beer garden out the back with some benches and swings. Nice staff. WiFi

This is the first time that I've visited this public house since 1988. And I have found it to be quite honest and relaxing. The draft Guinness was beautiful, very nice. In fact it was excellent. So good that I will be going back for more very soon. , Cool.

Enjoying a nice socially distanced pint. Emily and Dosh have got this Covid Safe situation cracked. Best and most welcoming in the village.
