Nice location in St. Albans. Not serving food when we visited so just had some ridiculously priced drinks. £12-80 for a Malibu and coke, small alcohol free beer and 2 x cheese and onion crisps. Glad they weren't doing food, probably couldn't have afforded anything
First time here for many years. Food wonderful surprise. Excellent staff. Warm atmosphere.
Nice Sunday roast. Big portions. Great staff. Note no parking on site and limited parking near by. Best bet is to park elsewhere and walk there
Amazing ambience and tasty food. Burgers were cooked properly - pink with a nice brioche bun and great bacon and cheddar. Fries were good, but the chips that came with the fish took the medal. Decent beer selection as well.
Amazing place,everyone is super friendly and i am sure that here i just had the best beer ever. We had only drinks but i am sure that everything is excellent not just the beer that i had. Amazing experience!!!

Old style pub. Inside is small and not to tall but it is part of the character. The food is very good. On the upper end for a Sunday lunch, but it is filling and very tasty. Worth every minute spend waiting for your food
