Hi Everyone, The Red Lion has a great atmosphere. On Wednesday me and my friend we went there to have some coffee. It was great and we enjoyed our time together. Early afternoon it was quite and perfect for a good conversation I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very kind and friendly helpful. Nice and tidy. The pub is much bigger than it looks like Well done, Guys! Keep up the great work.
My partner and I had a fabulous and delicious breakfast on Monday. The food was lovely and plentiful and nice and hot unlike some places you may go to. The staff were very professional and welcoming and it is a place to definitely go to.
Me and the lads went to The Red Lion to watch the football, few beers and some food. I was greeted with a smile by Megan, she was extremely polite, very helpful and attentive. Great pub, staff and food. Will definitely be returning Food & drinks: Great selection
Absolutely shocking experience. My wife and I wanted to go for a nice meal and a drink but as I was trying to order the “meal and a drink deal”, I was told that they can’t do it as the till won’t let them. They were expecting me to pay full price for everything even though their menu clearly displays the price with or without a soft drink, alcoholic drink, or premium drink. The menu also displays all the drinks included on the deal but the staff refused to include any of them despite all the drinks being on display. The manager was completely clueless and didn’t know how to override the till. He kept saying that only the IT guys can do that. Staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s no wonder that the place is empty all the time. It used to be one of the best pubs in Luton but it’s gone so far downhill they may as well close it and turn it into flats or a pound shop like the rest of the buildings in town.
We had a lovely mixed grill here with pinot grigio and a pint of birra moretti .Great service friendly staff was very reasonable priced .On a Saturday afternoon watching the football on the TV . Definitely recommend.Also has accommodation above at a reasonable price .Thanks to the team at the red lion for looking after us . Keep up the good work .
Located in the heart of the town centre the Red Lion offers good value food & beverages. It's a popular stop for anyone looking for a bite to eat or drink.Rooms: 3/5
Had our Far East Veterans Association Branch's delayed Christmas lunch today, the meal was excellent in both quality, quantity and value. All members want to come back for this years meal.

Unprofessional and unpolite staff that dont really care about the costumers or rooms. Even though it wasn't busy they didnt mean to check me in on time if I didnt insist. As one of the staff lady told me it is not a hotel its a bar so has no reception. Hum... Then I realized... Central door was broken and open to the public so anyone could just get in the room area at anytime... Also room door was loose and about to break and anyone could just break in and get into the room. Felt very unsafe and dont suggest it. WiFi worked only if logged in from the bar area. Or else need to go all the way down in front to the bar to get your wifi working . I give a 2star only because room and bathroom were nice. All the, rest was a nightmare....
I had a pitstop between flights and some time to walk around the Luton city centre. I stoped here for breakfast: I had a sausage burger with ham and cheese, topped with an egg and those rösti that I love. Of course I had to have a tea. They serve Twinning
