Me and my friends decided to come here for a night out as we came here frequently pre-COVID Worst decision we ever made. We paid £31 for wristbands each to only get 4 drinks. We were waiting for approximately 30 minutes each time to be served as the staff seemed to only care about people who were paying with card/cash and ignored everyone with wristbands. We watched multiple staff ignore us to serve the people next to us with card or cash payment even though we said we were still waiting to be served. Maybe if the bar staff weren't grinding on each other and doing shots constantly behind the bar as well we might have actually been seen quicker. We were constantly being harassed by strangers which put a further downer on our night. The music was awful compared to what it used to be too. The upstairs bar, toilets and lounge was also shut, and the hygiene was terrible, we literally watched a man going from cleaning the floor to serving drinks without washing his hands. Honestly, you'll have a better night going to Wetherspoons and at least you'll get your drinks..
I went with my friends that came all the way from London to visit me and they didn't want to accept my friend's UK residence card as a form of ID, which clearly states her date of birth. The guy asking for our IDs was very rude to us so we just left. Terrible establishment and customer service.
Molly Lawson, bless you. Tonight I have also been thrown out the club after spending 81£ for me my wife and my friend. After couple of hours I've been grabbed by the security officers in a very aggressive way, just because I moaned that the bar staff served a client be4 me. I cant belive it, disgusting and unprofessional behaviour, racist staff. I did security in luton and abroad also as a doorman, I have 15 years experience but ive never experienced anything like this. Shocking behaviour. But the security who grabbed me from behind out of nowhere had a good kiss with the floor though. They all so unprofessional. And arrogant. The place is a wreck as it is I don't know why they feel so above the clouds. Ill never go there again. Manger is a girl, very racist and very aggressive character.
Disgusting treatment last night by staff. Was accused of ‘grabbing’ one of the bartenders. In which I’m then getting dragged out the club forcefully by two security whilst been shouted and sworn at by a women who I’m sure worked there too. As I get out the door the same women proceeded to swear and shout abuse at me for no reason and security do nothing about this but tell me to leave or they’ll call the police. Will NEVER be coming back to this place. Disgraceful.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The bouncers here are atrocious to say the least. One of them grabbed my bank card out of my hand while I was talking to him and then chucked it on the floor and tried to pretend he never done it when I told another member of staff. I also had another door man scream in my face when I told him I had lost my friend and wasn’t from the area. Terrible people, terrible night out. Avoid at all costs.
I visited the club for the first time in years , I am very impressed by the bar staff , they remembered my drink every time I went to the bar . What I am more impressed with is the outstanding gentlemen that cleans up all the spilt drinks on the floor , the security guard moves everyone out of the way and holds a torch to the floor and the man gets on his knees and cleans it all up , the speed in which this happens is very impressive, I observed another lady walking around constantly checking for spillages and safety of the customers. The productivity of these individuals was impressive.
Really lovely staff,love going there they make u feel so welcome and very accommodating . not so impressed with the stant in new mangeres that spoke to her staff during the staff meeting when the club was open! In reference to do"s and don't. Can't wait for the old manager John to return
Wouldn't spend £27 for the 'unlimited drinks' wristband.. couldn't get drunk , fighting thick crowds to get only one 'single' shot of alcohol, about 20 mins waiting time .. can't even use the bar on the second floor without getting charged more money on top of the £27 for using the 'fast track' bar. The nightlife is okai though, free entry , just drinks very expensive so pre heavy before entering ...
A welcoming gay bar. Popular and cheesy music, disco style lighting, very cliché gay club environment, but welcoming as always to all open minded people looking for a fun night. An upstairs area including an outside roofed area is available most nights.
My review was removed. Clearly hit a nerve . No covid guidelines at all and manager spoke to his staff like dirt. Was embarrassing
