Just had a breakfast with my daughter and it was delicious. Nicely cooked,big serving and a decent cup of tea. The bar staff were friendly as was the server. There’s a couple of pool tables and lots of TVs to watch the sport on. Very impressed. Thanks Milly, Shannon and Charlotte for a cracking breakfast
Hot wings were amazing - and certainly spicy! Very tasty. We had a greater server too, didn't catch his name but very friendly and helpful. We will go back.
Ordered today, Cumberland sausage and mash.. the sausage had much in Cumberland as I do, peas like bullets. No burgers at all, curry was bland the pita was as stale as the poppadom. Kitchen is under stock as they didn’t know if they have chips or actual cheese. Only positive of the entire experience was the server who was lovely. I will happily avoid this place next time I’m searching for something to eat.
Came for lunch on a family shopping day and were very well looked after by Michael, Shannon and Charlotte. We were warned about a possible influx of football fans and one of our meals came later than the other, but overall was a great experience.
I just visited this pub in the first time in years was greeted with a big smile by the gentleman serving. The service was good and the food was the best I've had in a while. I will deffo be returning and recommend to friends and family : xx

Michelle the chef and Michael the team leader. Produced the BEST full English breakfast that we have eaten in years. It was very well cooked and plenty of it. The service was excellent and team deserve a very BIG 'THANK YOU!'
Imagine a spoons during rationing. Over half the menu was struck off as unavailable at 7pm on a Saturday night. Only one real ale left on and sports was playing loudly. The food the kitchen could cobble together was really good it just felt like the place hadn't had a food delivery in weeks
A big shout out to Micheal. He made us feel very welcome and looked after us well! Great attitude and went over and above. Great atmosphere!
Service is terrible still waiting a hour for our food was charged too much for the food. Employee was nice I blame management for only allowing 1 chef and 1 barman to work on valentines not impressed at all was told 30 minutes it's been hour and still not come. It eventually came hour and 5 mins later . Understaffed was clear
