Absolutely over the moon with my recent purchase from Emerald House of Cars. I dealt with two members of the team, Victoria & Greg. I cannot fault the experience I've had with this business! I couldn't get over to the dealership to view the car, a thorough walkaround video was sent to me when requested, which even involved Greg working late! The car is exactly as expected, delivery was hassle free and any questions I had were answered without delay. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business for anyone looking for a new car!
We purchased a Mercedes A class from Tom at Emerald house of cars and we couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. From the moment we saw the car to the day of collection everything was effortlessly, nothing was too much for them. I would very highly recommend purchasing a car from the team and will definitely use them again in the future!
Tom was absolutely fantastic. Helped me with every stage of the purchase of my super slick Audi A4. Thank you for responding to all my whattsapp messages, as well as teaching me how to drive an automatic for the first time! Victoria was also lovely helping with the smooth exchange of my old car for the new one. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership.
The service was impeccable, I first arrived without an appointment just to look around but I was given the time and care from staff to be able to look around and test drive the vehicle of my choice. Emily was the dealer that helped me with my purchase, and on the first day despite having other appointments was able to fit me in and treated me with immense respect. Emily allowed me as long as I wanted to look over the vehicle and was able to explain any imperfections and ensure they would be rectified. Emily took my experience that one step further and contacted me via WhatsApp so If I had any questions at any time of the day I could ask them without waiting for a call back. I would highly recommend this dealership, they have numerous vehicles from family cars all the way to affordable exotic and sporty cars. I can’t fault my experience at the dealership or with Emily
After I made a reservation I was contacted quickly to get going with the next steps. Tom was very helpful and did a great job at getting the finance approved. After reviewing the finance I realised I had over estimated the funds I had available to spend on a car so I decided not to go ahead with it. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a car with Emerald I would still highly recommend them as they were happy to answer all of my questions and offered a excellent service.
I just wanted to take the time to mention how brilliant everybody was from start to finish. I had decided to make the unfortunate decision to sell my Audi S5 and had put it up on AutoTrader for a number of months, receiving nothing but silly offers and time wasters. I came across Emerald House of Cars and had a really pleasant conversation with Emily who was keen to see the vehicle. I met Rhys at the branch and he was an absolute breath of fresh air with how polite, courteous, professional and welcoming he was. We discussed a number of options and I eventually settled on selling the vehicle directly to the company. I cannot emphasise how easy they made the whole process. I appreciate the guys doing their due diligence and they did this in a timely manner, always setting clear expectations. I highly recommend this company for their service, their willingness to work with you and not against you. You have been brilliant throughout and I am glad our paths crossed. That good, it had to have a review… You have either got to be amazing or appalling for me to write a review..... well....Amazing, top draw, highly recommended...I could go on... I saw the car on Zuto after being offered finance, and it was an impulse buy on the spot it was just gorgeous. I have never bought a car without seeing it or testing driving first, it but thought...what can go wrong. Turns out absolutely nothing, they were brilliant, they were patient as I had to wait for my new V5 after taking off my private plate to sell my existing car but the car was duly delivered two weeks later, absolutely gleaming and drives like a dream. Highly recommend Tom and the team at Emerald House of Cars...First class service and cars!
Had the BEST customer service from everyone at Emerald House of cars. Tom initially dealt with my enquiry and when I picked up the car Victoria made the whole process really easy. The only difficult part was my online banking playing up!. Also a special mention to the member of staff that picked me up from the train station as I travelled from Cardiff to go and collect the car. I test drove the Audi Q3 back to the dealership and it was so funny as it was my first time in an automatic, and I felt like I was on a driving lesson again! Thank you for putting up with me! This review is around two months late as I've just remembered to do it but I have an independent business and I know how important reviews are : I would definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you so much I'm really happy with my new car.
I'D RATE THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD. I'm beyond thankful for the help offered to me from Victoria when buying my Mercedes B Class. Victoria went above and beyond to help me choose a car and even let me drive it home to show my family and neighbour before I commit to buy.
