Wow, what can I say! What a great time we had with will our sales rep! He went to no end to find the perfect car for our family and after looking through the stock he went online and is personally collecting the car from another branch and bringing to his show room for collection.. no pushy sale tactics here. I bought my fiesta in December. It has returned to the service department 3 times in 5 months. If you are dependent upon your car and need your car repaired in a timely manner I would avoid Bristol Street West Bromwich. For instance, my car went in Monday (30th April). They said it needed a new turbo. Silly me for thinking it would be ready by Thursday. In fact when I enquired just before closing time, they couldn’t even tell me if the parts had been ordered. What a slick outfit. I have had to make alternative travel arrangement to work for more than 15 days whilst the car is not working or safe to drive. Unfortunately, they need 3 weeks notice if you require a courtesy car and unfortunately I can’t predict a car fault that much in advance. Reg EN14OVA

Would not use this garage again. Took a car in for an auxiliary pulley replacement under warranty. They put the old belt on rather than replace with a new one which are £8! Ended up doing the job myself in 20minutes. If you want a job doing right, do its yourself! In response, nobody has contacted me, you have both my email and phone number to! I sent you actual photos of the belt and since then nothing

I took a 3 year service plan out with Vertu Motors, I assume Bristol Street Motors are part of that group. I was mis-sold the plan they stopped participating in the Ford Assistance scheme, but Customer Services lied to me (I have emails to support this). I found this out on the day of the service! The service was shocking the rep first tried to hand back the car without being washed and foot wells vacuumed. I challenged him and the prat started sprouting out of his arse. He agreed to wash the car and it was handed back smeared due to dirty water being used, also it had excessive water in the foot wells (I had to challenge the rep again and recorded the conversation with his permission). IF YOU HAVE A NEW FORD GO TO A COMPETITOR MOST STILL PARTICIPATE IN FORD ASSISTANCE SCHEME. YOU WILL GET THIS FREE BREAKDOWN COVER WITH THEM NOT BRISTOL STREET MOTORS. FOR SERVICES STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!!!!!!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY VERTU GROUP & BRISTOL STREET MOTORS GIVE THE MOTOR INDUSTRY A BAD NAME. THAT'S MY EXPERIENCE ALL COMPLETELY TRUE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
