The staff here were friendly and helpful. I dealt with a lovely young lady called Sophie in regards to a mobility car. She was extremely helpful and helped me through the process. I was able get the car I wanted very quickly. Overall a good place to buy a car and they have a good aftersales service. I was shown all of the controls and left with a good knowledge of my new car
Bought a car for my son and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales team were exceptional and would recommend to anyone. They weren't pushy which I have experienced at other places and nothing was too much trouble, I was even introduced to the service department before we left.
Went along with my nephew to help him purchase his first car at GO. The service we received was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. GO Vauxhall is one of the best run dealerships I have been to. Hats off to all staff and management! I would highly recommend!!!
Yesterday I bought a car from Vision Vauxhall Wednesbury. Phil made the whole experience seamless and was so helpful and easy to deal with. All the other staff were so friendly and enthusiastic also. I would totally recommend this family run dealership especially if you are a female on your own trying to buy a car. I travelled approx 80 miles for this caring Customer Service.

Had a great experience here, I was shopping for my first car and came in after I spotted a Hyundai i20 on auto trader online - when I got to the dealership I didn't really like the car. Samantha was really helpful, she showed me some of the other options available and ended up going for a corsa - don't regret it one bit! Great customer service, and no pressure to buy - made buying my first car a really enjoyable experience.
