We chose Jubilee because it looked like they knew the business of WAV vehicles. We were novices, not having purchased one before, so we needed to be in good hands. That was the case in extreme. Helpful, patient, and thoughtful, with no pressure. It was a delight to purchase from them and they tried their very best to make things work for us. We would highly recommend them.
David Wagstaff made the whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle so easy. It is my first wheelchair accessible car so I had lots of questions. He was extremely patience with me and put me immediately at ease. We are based in Hertfordshire so logistically it was difficult to travel with my daughter however the option for the car to be delivered was a game changer. Sold a Brand new caddy with a faulty WAV adaption ramp lights don’t switch off and drain battery completely. I’ve tried emailing, they don’t reply, tried calling and they say someone will be in touch but nothing happens. For a company dealing with vulnerable customers, this is pretty disgraceful

So pleased that I decided to buy my new used car from Jubilee Automotive Group. Their website was informative so I could choose the car that I wanted, and having agreed a fair trade-in price for my own car, the process was seamless. My new car was brought up a week later, having been professionally valeted, serviced and MOT'd. We went for a test drive, sorted the paperwork and then Ron took my old car away. What an absolutely superb Company are Jubilee Mind you, with Sales Representative’s like Darren Morgan, no wonder My Son, Rob Burrow, is a retired Rugby League International player and was diagnosed with MND in December 2019. Rob cannot speak, move or do normal day to day things for himself. The wonderful vehicle provided by Jubilee, and the very kind Business Person, from Leeds, who paid for the Vehicle, have made Rob and his family day to day life SO much easier. BUT Darren Morgan, in my opinion, went beyond normal expectations to provide us with 200 per cent Customer Satisfaction. Darren is a credit to himself and Jubilee. We visited Jubilee Mobility on the 5 April 2022, on arriving at Reception we were met by Darren who was extremely pleasant to talk to and he soon made us feel at ease. Darren had a chat with us to help us find a vehicle that suited our needs and then offered to take us around the showroom to look at the vehicles and I was able to test my wheelchair for suitability in each one. We were then left to look at the vehicles in our own time with no pressure. Darren's knowledge and expertise proved invaluable in helping to purchase the correct vehicle for us as this is our first time in buying a wheelchair accessible vehicle. All the processes of purchasing our vehicle was handled by Darren at Jubilee Mobility and we had regular updates by phone as the sale progressed and this morning we took delivery of our vehicle after only one week!!!. The vehicle was brought to our house from the showroom. A big thanks to Darren for making the process of buying our vehicle so easy , we would definately recommend Jubilee Mobility to anyone wishing to purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
David in sales did a superb job obtaining the right vehicle for my disabled mother. He was unbiased and gave helpful advice going the extra mile to find a car which accommodated a wider than average wheelchair electric , listening to customer's aims. It helps that he is the person who came with the car to demonstrate use and fit. Highly recommend.
What a fabulous experience buying a car from Jubilee. Initially they helped us over the phone with which cars were available and appropriate for our needs and then brought it out for us to try with no obligation to purchase. The website is very clear and you can compare all the different models before you decide. I have recently got back from visiting them in Wednesbury as they kindly fitted new wheelchair restraints as part of the deal. Dave could see we struggled with the existing ones on my husbands power chair and agreed to replace them so it was perfect for us. I can't recommend this superb company highly enough.
