Great place to train and always made to feel welcome. Trained at Ellwoods old gym then came here. Atmosphere has always been great, just what you need for a top workout!

Been training here since 9th Jan and always welcomed in, plenty of machines and free weights, what's more I think the atmosphere is cool and encouraging if anything. Also PT sessions available which I have taken and getting great benefits from. Highly recommended.

Really good gym with very friendly people and a great atmosphere and very helpfull to young people like my self. Would highly recommend this gym to everyone.
