I have been coming to Ian's gym now for over 1 year and I must say he's one of a kind... people who are thinking of joining his bootcamp/gym its by far the best i have been to. Not only do we train hard we have some great laughs too :). Ian your 1 great guy.

Since joining the gym I have gained confidence in myself and the way box. I am now stronger, fitter and leaner due to a great trainer who gives excellent advice and is always there for you. I would recommend any athlete around the north east to visit the best coaching in the north east to get you in the best possible coaching and to be given great advice which will help you in many ways as possible, and that is Ian Glass Fittness.

This Gym changed my life around. I'm now faster, stronger and leaner than i've ever been because of the advice given to me and the coaching off Ian Glass. You'll never find another gym like this. This gym is family.

In the beginning been over weight I had no confidence at all. The first day I walked into Ian's gym I was welcomed straight away. The atmosphere is awesome I thought. Having used a few other gyms in Hartlepool, I knew this one was totally different. I was not just another number who payed my monthly membership and was forgotten about. I got asked what I was wanting to achieve and ian went about explaining just how to achieve it with his help. I have been a member for over a year and a half and I love the transformation I have achieved. You have access to his years of nutrition information. They is no you can't eat carbs or I don't want you eating this. It's unbelievable the amount of men and women who have been transformed with Ian's help. You too can have the body you have always wanted. Come down and see for yourself you won't be disappointed. Ian also sells lots of different supplements and ready made protein packed meals , which he will ever be beaten on prices. So if Marco counting is your thing your in for a treat. Cheers Steve
