Terrible administration and contracts. Signed up for a specific PT, but they changed this after a couple of months so I wasn't allowed the same one. This is not personal as far as I'm concerned. Was locked in a contract for a year. Cancelled as soon as I could. Received confirmation of leaving etc. Then several months later started receiving threats that my account was in arrears and they'd got a third party debt collection agency to recover losses. Though they hadn't prevously let me know of any problems with my account. It was a mistake on their part. This should never have happened, even though it's now sorted, had to take legal advice and have not had an apology. Be very wary of signing anything with these

I love to work out here. PT's are very good and they have a group transformation boot camp that accommodates all shapes and sizes. Never made to feel self conscious even at my heaviest and classes ensured that was not the case for too long. 2 stone lost and counting. For someone who hated the thought of walking into a gym I cant keep away now. Keep up the good work!!!

Very good gym - 4/5 squat racks makes it a winner with me. The gym has a wide variety of equipment (cardio, free weights, trxs and machines), including an octagon and a boxing ring for if arguments between gym bros about who can bench the most spill over into violence. Everything was in good condition and clean. My only gripe is that the plyo boxes were limited to the pt only section of the gym, otherwise a great experience. I'm not sure you'd realistically see anyone using the running track in there though!
