A well equipped and very friendly gym where you can get a great workout. There are a large selection of classes and highly trained PT who can help you. There is an excellent cafe that serves tasty food, drinks and protein shakes. Best gym in town by far.

The best gym I've been to in the North East, love it.

It has good equipment and a low membership fee. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would advise people to avoid peak times as it can get really busy.
