Ignore the 1 star rating, the gym doesn't even deserve that! If you're looking for a decent gym then this isn't the one for you. The customer service (or lack of) is absolutely shocking. Me and my girlfriend both have memberships here and I have never missed a payment for neither. The company that takes care of their payment collections passed our accounts to their debt collection team back in September 2016 (6 months ago) in error. Xercise4less barred us from attending the gym for being behind on payments. After numerous calls to the gym and the debt collection company who proved I wasn't in debt we where still refused entry to the gym, I even provided proof to the gym with bank statements etc and still refused. Not one of the staff at the gym seemed to take control of the issue but still reiterated that we are banned. I don't know what training they get but they don't seem to have any control over anything in there and quite frankly don't have a clue as to how to handle customer complaints and issues. I definitely do not recommend this gym to anyone.
