Always liked this gym; never any issues with kit availability and it's always being cleaned so no worries there. Disappointing to see the octagon removed main reason I joined initially but can understand it being removed after seeing all the improvements made to the cardio area after the pandemic restrictions were lifted and the gym fully reopened. No complaints.. Still got the heavy bags. Great place to workout for all fitness levels
I went to the open day on 23rd , gym was clean and equipment is very good nice gym overall, but the staff were none approachable and moody it was like they didn’t want anything to do with the members. I tried to ask one of the girls a question and she just walked by me, I was totally shocked. I’m member at Renfrew leisure centre and all though I’ve only been there for 3 months the staff are very friendly and some of them even know my name. Was thinking of changing but with this kind of attitude from Exercise 4 less I would rather stay at my Leisure centre.
Staff actually seem interested to walk you around gym even if you are not signed up . well equipped clean tidy area.Always plenty of machines available even when busy , staff all very friendly , locker room , toilet and showers always spotlessly clean , and cleaners also wipe down equipment, personally if you use it you should wipe it down in my opinion. Good amount of goods for sale , water bottles ,towels etc , including protein powders , so all round a relaxed clean place to go and get fit , after a heart attack and a cardiac arrest in October 2016 ,I was advised to exercise more and I couldn't have picked a better environment to do it .
Great size gym but after a few years its starting to show its age. Free weights area is more or less in darkness as all the lights above have blown and staff haven't changed the bulbs. There is no drinking fountain, if you don't take your own water you have to use bathroom taps. Highlighted both issues with members of staff and their response was "What do you expect for £9.99"
I love this gym! The staff are lovely, always friendly and helpful. The Zumba class on Sunday morning is great fun and I really enjoy the ladies only section. All areas are kept clean and tidy and I have never had any problems in all the time I've been a member.
The equipment and changing facilities are kept very clean, the price per month is very affordable and for what you get the price is fantastic! Wide range of classes available for all people and skills levels. There are plenty of machines available so that you can always work out on the machine you want to without waiting. The staff are always extremely friendly!
Fantastic gym with a large array of pro machines tailored to meet the needs of all. Whether it be Cardio, Body Building or Fitness Classes. A very chilled atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. A lot of bang for your buck as far as the membership costs go. 10/10 highly recommended.
Large open Gym with plenty of equipment available. Friendly staff on site to help. Great variety of classes at a fantastic monthly cost, already passed on the benefits of joining to two work colleagues. Highly recommended.
Excellent gym, equipment and space. Great variety of classes and opening times, all for a brilliant price. Friendly staff, and you always see the place and all the machines being cleaned. Would highly recommend X4L. Very happy member !
Great gym in the Renfrew retail park. With a great pricing strategy the list of equipment is huge. The staff who work there are great and are generally interested in your fitness and success. The classes which are included in your membership are great fun and with a great variety there's something for everyone.
