Very good gym with great equipment. I love the refit! My only issue with the place is that people sit on the machines on their phones for a ridiculously long time! I understand taking a quick breather but some people are on machines for 15/20 minutes only actually working out on it for 2 or 3 minutes.
I liked this gym before the upgrade and now it’s just incredible. They’ve done a superb job with the space and added more equipment. The women workout area is also a plus.nI’ve visited many Pure Gyms and this is easily the best I’ve used.
Ive been a member of PureGym Paisley for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the facilities. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or group fitness, there’s something for everyone. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, and I love the fact that the gym is open 24/7, making it super convenient for any schedule
I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year now, and the separate female workout area at PureGym Paisley has genuinely motivated me to stay consistent. As an introvert, I always had hesitation working out in mixed-gender gyms/workout spaces, but this space made such a big difference to my comfort and confidence.nI now feel happy, motivated, and consistent with my workouts. The environment feels welcoming and empowering, and it has really helped me build a sustainable fitness routine. Truly grateful for this facility. It’s been a game changer for me.
It’s a good gym. Plenty equipment and nice atmosphere. Only thing is there recently was a women’s only workout space put in and when I checked it out today there was a man in there. I don’t know if he was a PT or a friend but regardless I don’t think that should be allowed as it kind of defeats the porpoise women’s only section
