Great pools. Friendly staff. Easy to access pools for disabled I've only got 1 leg and manage fine I've still to discover the quieter times yet as I prefer the smaller pool They could do with 1 or 2 more wheelchair accessible changing rooms as they only place I've found that I can get my wheelchair into to change is the disabled toilet and I'm forever having to say " there's someone in her" as the door handle is being rattled!!

Ok but standards dropping as the place starts to age pool facilities not all operating on last visit but my boy enjoyed himself all the same.  Important info place is clean it's a public pool  staff seem friendly but smiles are not all round  happy staff happy customers anyway try it out on a nice day park out the front for your child to get rid of any energy they have left on site parking  plenty of space cafe for snacks and a coffee all the usual stuff gym various courts being area for non swimmers shop should you have forgotten trunks or arm bands fingers crossed you don't as with all public pools price for equipment is over priced for the average family. Enjoyed it so not bad overall remember onx customers are essential a smile goes a long way to bringing them back time and time again.

Well equipped fitness suite suitable for beginners to advanced. Private shower cubicles in changing rooms. Need £1coin for locker unless you are using the pool where the lockers use a pin number. All the equipment seems well maintained.

Pools busy and quite small. It was summer holidays. So I appreciate its not always that busy with kids during the day, but I find this pool usually very crowded and I'm not a fan when better and quieter pools are closer.

Great place. Went for a kids party. Sat in the cafe. It was so lovely and staff were amazing.

I was at the pool with my 2 grandsons and husband I took very unwell all the staff were amazing they made sure my grandsons were safe, I couldn't thank them enough they even phoned my husband later to see how I was. The pool and changing area are spotless. Thanks for everything

Much used in pre op exercise period, great help and advice from staff. Now used post op replacement hip, and staff etc being very helpful  and supportive with advice. Great facilities maintained well, clean and comfortable.

Great pool. Play and baby pools that there is ample time and space for dedicated lane swimming.

Too busy for my liking, the family did enjoy themselves mind you, the big pool was hard to use as we just felt in the way of people trying to do lengths, part of the pool for kids was out of use on the day

I love the swimming pool here when taking my toddler. Best to go when the shallow pool, and lazy river are open - 10-4 during the weekdays and 10-8 weekends.  The shallow area has some water spouts and tipping buckets for the little ones to enjoy and is shallow enough at one half for the kids to walk around in the water. If you want to take them deeper I'd definitely take a floaty ring or similar. Especially for the lazy river as it's a lot faster than I expected.   Lockers don't need any coins to be used which is lovely, you just set a 4 digit code to your chosen locker and that's you! No key to wear on your wrist or ankle.  Family changing rooms are huge and have removable baby changing tables as required.  The only thing I'd ask the centre to improve would be the lighting in the changing room area as most of them are broken and it's hard to see without light. ‍  I definitely recommend going here.
