I like that this gym has sauna , good equipment for resistance training and is near paisley Highstreet. That protein shake I tried there was amazing as well. Staff is lovely too . Just looking forward to the treadmills getting fixed :
Excellent gym, everything you could ever need and more. Quality equipment, friendly staff, great cafe and very high quality spa area. Some things let it down massively though. There is only 1 water fountain available throughout the entire which more often than not doesn't work properly. There is no way to replenish your water bottle in the spa section of the gym which can be considerably dangerous after a lengthy sauna session. There is no cold showers available for after use of the sauna there is however a cold water bucket however this isn't really sufficient enough. My critique is harsh but extremely fair. These points could be very easily amended truly making this gym completely faultless.
Staff are so attentive, and know their stuff. Megan is lovely and the other lady, can't remember her name. Plenty of equipment and loads of different classes, nice sauna, steam areas, cafe, etc it's got everything you need!
Staff think taking the mick out of their new members is acceptable. Look at their facebook page and you'll see what I mean. Avoid this gym.

The only gym I’ve gone to and felt at ease and not felt out of place. Lots of facilities to use such as classes spin etc, also a Japanese spa area with a steam room and a sauna. Changing rooms and shower areas are kept clean at all times. The memberships are fantastic for the price especially my one as I am on a student one. This gives me access to everything in the gym the classes and spa area. Would highly recommend.
Awful place the staff mock new gym goers and make tiktok videos taking the p!ss out them. Avoid this awful place with awful staff.
Awful gym culture - staff actively making fun of new gym goers rather than educating.
I love the SPA, if the pool water was less hot it would be perfect.
