First time visiting on the 1st Feb 2026.nI attended off peak for the relaxed feel of an almost empty gym.nLots of equipment, several different rooms for different machines, fantastic gym overall.
Will be cancelling membership in new year and going to wdc gym. The refurb has got some very cheap nasty equipment if you're a bike person, it's became very anti age and disability too, only one piece of equipment really kept me there and now that's gone for the ones some ppl like me can't use. Even the way they've staged equipment has made it uncomfortable for older ppl etc to use round by all the lifters and young team
This is the only gym in Clydebank and people have no other option but unfortunately all the equipments here are old, it looks like they haven’t been serviced for a long time. I don't know why but there are no mirrors upstairs! They can make a good change by adding mirrors to empty walls or even oiling the equipments.
New and improved space. Plenty of kit. Plenty of space. Kept cool, loads of space for extra workouts. Clean. Friendly,visible staff
Fantastic classes,excellent team, really good people skills and always great energy in the gymnnI would like to give them a 6 star !
