I've been going to this gym frequently, and I highly recommend it to everyone.nThe gym is very well-equipped, clean, and there’s plenty of workout equipment available, so you never have to wait for machines to free up.nThe staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The trainers are highly qualified and always eager to help.nI also recommend the classes that are held every day. There's definitely something for everyone, and you’re sure to find a group activity that suits you. The positive energy in the gym is contagious, making every visit enjoyable.nOverall, this gym is a fantastic place to work out!

Absolutely fabulous gym. Amazing gym equipment and a massive range of classes. Theres something for everyone. I'm yet to try the saunas but they look great too. The gym is immaculate too.n10/10 for NRG newcastle x̌xxxx

incredible gym! really big, lots of space to train and amazing kit. 24h use, really cost effective membership. 4h parking in the nearby Asda.nStaff are super helpful.nHuge function zone with TRX and hammer strength equipment. Kettlebells, wallballs, squat racks, air runners, rowers, cardio kit as well. Products are life fitness and hammer strength. An amazing ICG indoor cycling studio as well.. ladies only area. You aren't going to find such a high quality gym anywhere for this price.

NRG is fantastic! The staff are amazing, and the refurbishment looks incredible. The new spin bikes are a great, and the sauna is a real treat.nKelly, the assistant manager, is truly dedicated and delivers excellent, high energy classes with 100% effort every time.nThere’s a strong sense of community, with some members being there since the early DW days. The team spirited atmosphere in classes is positive and encouraging, and you will feel challenged, pushed and motivated!nGive it a go !

Absolutely the best & the biggest multi storey,GYM,in the city, love the ambience, all the machines are brand new, plenty of options,5 to 6 bench Press alone, 6 squat racks, you won’t have to Que & wait for your turn which happens in every single Gym, in the city, separate weight & cardio section, then on other floor, have loads of cross fit stuff, the staff & trainers are highly Qualified, friendly & approachable…!nOnly few months since they opened, already making a buzz, price quite affordable too, it’s open 24/7, brand new Sauna & locker room.nI bet if you visit the GYM, you will cancel your current Gym membership..Come & Visit, NRG GYM..!nThe whole vibe of the Gym,motivates you to push harder towards your fitness goals, I have seen a massive change in my muscle growth,since I have join this GYM..Highly Recommended…!nI have attached my Happy Pics, for reference..
