Great visit to Wunjo, Tom B helped us choose an upgrade for my son, was quite happy to get him set up and plugged in, tried a couple of guitars. Not pushy, no hard sell, we went on to the other stores, but came back and got a great deal. Very happy with what we bought! All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.
I got my own Martin OM 42 to do the string replacement service at this shop, but they scratched my guitar headstock and bridge pin. I asked the employee to use Martin knots to secure the place, but they even don’t know how to do it. And never say anything about the damage. The operation table is messy and dirty. Soo disappointing. Really don't understand how they could not even do the simplest string change and even damaged my guitar?! They don’t even care of the customers' guitar at all.
Best guitar shop in London in the iconic Denmark street. Super friendly, knowledgeable and they are super happy for you to try out pedals or guitars as much as you like. I always seem to buy something each time I’m there :-. Everyone should support them!
As a music noob, I was a bit apprehensive about walking into a shop, but the staff were down to earth and immediately made me feel at ease. They were very patient with their time, and happy to answer all my questions, and offer thoughtful feedback and perspectives on my options. It was Dorian who eventually rung me up, but the gentleman who helped me earlier was just as approachable and generous with his time. Great selection of guitars and basses, from cheap beginner to high-end. Loving my new acoustic bass :
Recently bought a Fender Bass Guitar from Wunjo. The team are fantastic. There are no airs or graces or snobbery in this guitar shop. They are all passionate about guitars and music and welcome the most basic of day 1 beginner. No question is too small and they are so respectful and friendly. It’s just such a great environment. Their guitar range is extensive from cheap as chips entry level guitars to .. well the sky is the limit. There was no issue to try as many guitars as need and it was encouraged. No pressure sales and really honest reviews of what instrument could do. I wouldn’t hesitate to go and visit them and the warranties are top tier.
These guys have been so easy to work with. Personable staff, consistently generous values on trade ins, and they sell elite vintage gear without the elitist attitudes. If you’re ever on Denmark St, make sure you pay Wunjo a visit.
I rarely give 4-5 star reviews but these guys are the heart and soul of the music industry. They repaired the damaged bridge of my Duff McKagan bass in no time and the customer service was flawless too! Shout out to Andy as well as Tom but I could name the whole team! The opening hours and their location is also super customer friendly, especially for those working 9-5 jobs
After about 2 years of research and patience the right Gretsch 6117 turned up. The 1961 Double Anniversary is a guitar I have long awaited, and from the very onset of my enquiry Wunjo supported me immensely with honesty transparency and complete professionalism. Tom B helped me make my decision to invest in this wonderful instrument and was very patient in answering my questions and needs every step of the way. When I finally collected in the shop the staff were just as excited as me - their passion and dedication to the instruments is so refreshing. Tom B went above and beyond in supporting my purchase and I cannot thank him and the rest of the team enough. My confidence in buying from Wunjo is absolute and now a bookmarked dealer I will always be sure to check in with first on future purchases. A very happy person indeed. Thanks Tom B and the team at Wunjo!!!
I had a great time visiting the many guitar shops on Denmark Street, but Wunjo stood apart in customer service. The staff was welcoming and encouraged you to try their impressive selection of guitars. I spotted a vintage Telecaster Deluxe that felt just right, but I was hesitant at first because I was traveling from the US. Tom W. known as Tom #3, but #1 in my book answered all my questions and I had many and made me feel at ease with my purchase. Patient and informative! Additionally, Gus made sure everything was perfect for shipment and stayed in touch with me until it was delivered. I am beyond happy. The best souvenir I could think of from the historic Denmark Street!
Dropped in today with a few questions and tried a couple guitars. They were super nice and patient. Highly appreciated, thank you!
