OMG Had the most fun at No. Tom. These gents are a British Comedy team in hiding. Amazing selection. Set up work on a few I inspected was flawless. Alas only bought a t-shirt...this time, but I have my eye on a black Rick 6 that will haunt my dreams until I go back and buy it. Don't miss this, pure old school, Denmark shoppes like this do not exist in the real world. The Diaginon Alley of guitar addicts. Tell Mark I sent you!

Gentleman young, long black hair behind the counter last Sunday morning was not helpful, more interested in his breakfast, asked if I could try out a £20k guitar but said ‘ can I come back later’ or ‘tomorrow’ ?? I had £20k and ready to spend it on a vintage guitar but he didn’t want to serve me. He didn’t want to serve anyone, a gentleman wanted to buy a Martin Guitar, priced at £1500, he asked for a deal, the young guy behind the counter said….’can you come back later……tomorrow??? Sorry, not good enough but maybe the management and training he has had has been not to sell anything….just don’t know how they make this business work???

100% Great service at No Tom. I had to buy a guitar on line and over the phone and they were so helpful. They sorted out photos and the delivery and were always available when I called. Very good !!

I have over many years visited and purchased classic guitars and had a great relationship with Ron who heads up a great team of experienced technicians. What an experience. Ron is a total legend and the staff sorry guys, I forgot your names right now, it’s been a long few weeks - the dude with the long hair and the other dude from Jordan are both super cool.  The banjo made it to the Himalayas!!! The hard case took a few knocks on the trip so I was super grateful to have it.  Thank you for your good vibes and effortless guidance.

Was nice to visit but I didn’t feel very welcome in the store the staff seemed more happy talking to each other than to the customer Would have loved to have picked a new guitar up. Was really disappointed as I had so looked forward to visiting for months and it was a let down

Wonderful with helpful staff. I was in London, staying on Denmark St. for vacation and hadn't been aware of all the wonderful vintage guitar shops! Buying a guitar was the last thing on my mind when I arrived. However, after browsing all of the shops, No. Tom was clearly the most inviting among them. The staff graciously left me to noodle on a fully original Les Paul Deluxe that caught my eye the day I arrived.  After returning a few days in a row to look at the same guitar, they were always patient and left me to it. I spoke with Ron about the instrument and agreed to have his luthier do a full inspection to verify everything was as expected. We agreed upon a price rather quickly and shipping to the USA was arranged by Ron's team. The instrument arrived at my home quickly - safely and very well packaged.  I have been home with the guitar for a couple days now and have independently verified all of the statements Ron and his team made about the guitar - everything is exactly original as the day it was made, exactly as stated.  Buying a guitar was not on my list of things to do in London, but the stars aligned and Ron's team was gracious. There were no pushy sales tactics, just genuinely pleasant staff who answered any questions. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with No. Tom and when I'm looking for my next vintage guitar, Ron and his team are top on the list of shops I'd trust.

An interesting vintage guitar shop with lots of cool stuff, from electric to acoustic guitars. Very friendly and available staff.

I would love to meet Ronnie, bucket list job. Discovered his music long time ago. Love to get him to autograph his cd's.
