Appalling and inadequate service from an individual representing a huge reputable company like Citroen. The sales staff who struggled with the simple task of providing a price for a tyre kept us waiting on the line for 10 minutes and then provided the wrong information. It was hard enough trying to understand his Asian accent combined with the broken English whilst our car lay punctured on the street! When questioned about his inability to provide some basic information he then claimed to be the manager and started to throw his weight around. We were left speechless! Will seek out the owner of the garage and question the poor service received.

Poor and Ridiculous. I went for a service and they couldn't wash my car because the valeter leaves at 1pm. I rearranged and when he finally cleaned my car it was a rubbish job and I mean third class. They are polite when they want your business and then provide a low after sales service. Stay away.
