Harry at Hailsham outlet was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the pond products plus his recommendations were really useful to meet my requirements. I was also very impressed at additional assistance received from him for assembling items that were extremely difficult didn't have strength in my doing and certainly made me feel a valued customer.

what a RIP OFF fish food which ive been buying for 20 plus years has shot up in price from £24 to £32 99 i wont be going back.....have bought food on line same as,for a fraction of the price plus free delivery.
I went here to buy some artificial plants for my fish tank. Hardly any of the plants on sale had a price on them. When asking at the desk for a price on two particular plants they weren't even in the till!! I felt they were just making up the prices as they went along. This used to be an excellent shop, but boy has it gone down hill.
I'm a regular customer at world of water and I do have to say, whenever I enter the shop to purchase products for my tank, I always receive a warm welcome. The staff are always very helpful and I always leave 100% satisfied. I certainly recommend this store to any likemind tank and pond owners.
