Very helpful never have any problems, well priced and polite

I found this fantastic shop on Amazon originally, where I placed an order. I didn't realise at the time that they are fairly local - hence I was dumbstruck when they hand delivered my order! Very personable & courteous guy. Don't need Amazon anymore for my fish food/supplies, I'll deal with them direct as they give such a great service. Well impressed.

The staff in this shop could not be more helpful. All information and advice is given in a very clear and easy to understand manner. They never try and push products. They are also very patient with children. It's a relatively new shop, and a great addition to Hailsham high street - they are even open Sundays. I hope that, over time, they will set up a few more show tanks, i.e. tanks fully stocked with mature plants and fish etc. That would be great to see.
