The staff and particularly the girls in here are lovely. They found out that my elderly dad just lost his wife my mum whilst he was shopping today and they brought a bunch of flowers out for him. It just shows that there is still humanity out there in this world. Thank you for being so kind, from Peter's son
Extremely poor service from the afternoon shift employee on 10.07.2026. We waited for 5 minutes while she was busy with personal conversation, ignoring customers. When it was our turn, she was very aggressive and unhelpful. The way she treated us was completely unprofessional and rude.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I rented a long-term parking space here, and my car was repeatedly broken in to, vandalised, and climbed over evident by handprints and scratches on the bonnet and roof, culminating in the tyres being slashed and it being keyed down to bare metal so hard on the rear quarter that the panel itself buckled. Several times, when checking on the vehicle, I was approached threateningly by several members of the public who took it upon themselves to police the '2 hours parking' rule, without the knowledge that the carpark was also rented by the operator to individuals such as myself. Reflects very poorly on Asda, in my mind.nnStore has an adequate range, helpful staff and produce that lasts for hours, not days.
I placed an order at 3:45pm, 6 different delivery drivers drove to the store - then it popped up each time saying “oops, finding another delivery driver”. I reached out to the 6th driver and asked him to keep me updated this time as I knew something was up. I have screenshots of our conversation if needed. He explained that the store had still not even packed my order, despite marking it “shopping completed” allowing the job to be sent out to delivery drivers. At 5:57pm, over 2 HOURS after I placed my order, he informed me that the store did not in fact have my order ready, nor had they even started packing it. 2 hours!!! He said they told him “We are too busy she needs to cancel it” well don’t be available for orders on UberEats then!! I was completely ignored by the store. If they reached out sooner to say, hey sorry but we’re too busy to pack a large order right now, it would’ve been a totally different story! I could’ve ordered from elsewhere! But no - they made me wait, for 2 HOURS then decided to cancel it.
Amazing service and value for money thanks
