I loved my time at Gainz! Equipment is well set out, everyone is courteous because of the culture that Alex & Abbey have instilled in the gym, not to mention the vibes there are awesome! Unfortunately I had to pause my membership due to a medical condition that I was struggling to control at the time. Even this they managed superbly, treating me with respect & understanding and I am very grateful for the care and consideration they have for all their members. 100% would recommend if you are looking for a gym that is member centric with knowledgeable staff and a vast range of equipment.
Great gym, much better than Gold’s days. Abbey is the best. I train here & I am great. Newcomers always welcomed. Zig-a-zig ah. All joking aside, this gym is an awesome place. The staff are so friendly and it’s been a place that helped me through some tough times, for which I can’t thank them enough. Been a member since the old Gold’s days and Alex has made the gym the best I’ve ever seen it and is constantly making more improvements. Love you guys x
Went today with a friend on a day membership and loved it so much I've joined. Lady on the desk super helpful and lots of gym equipment I've never seen before. Can't wait to start on Monday and get to know people.
Did my bodybuilding prep here, trained here for 2 years, the equipment and facilities are outstanding and continually improved, and trainers, such as Haysom, the reception staff, and other gym goers are very welcoming. Despite all of this, I still have no calves.

Abbey and Alex have completely turned the gym around from the old World Gym days,, they create a friendly atmosphere and always available to help, this is a competitive gym which excels your progression fast, top rank place.

A very large variety of equipment that you won't find in other places, good environment for training and good staff.
