I highly recommend this GYM. I have been coming here for a year and I must say all the staff are absolutely friendly! Always greeted with a smile when I come in the mornings & receptionist take their time to remember most people’s names which is lovely. Small gym but never an issue finding equipment to use. This will be my forever gym until I move out of the area! Thank you guys x
I play badminton quite regularly here. Court Hire £7.30 hourly. Free Parking. No issues with availability. Recommended!

Fantastic venue good work venue. A very well-equipped well-being place.
I wasnt attending to do any events as I was waiting for my girlfriend as she had a job interview. I was allowed to sit inside whilst she had her interview to ensure I was comfortable and was offered water I did not catch the guys name but he was friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend as if the staff are as friendly and welcoming as him then it makes for a pleasant experience.

Very good. Liked what we bought a lot.
They do some great classes. Nice little gym. Small uncrowded pool. Badminton Friday and Tuesday mornings too. Staff friendly and helpful. Still a good membership price although sports hall needs updating and lighting sorting out.

Useful hall for playing badminton. Has 6 courts available for older people to play every Mon, Tuesday & Friday. Pay on attendance at a reasonable cost. Additionally, car parking is available at no extra cost.
