We offer the following classes at Samsons
Boxing Intermediate and Advanced
Muay Thai with Dan McGowan
Kids Fitness Sessions on Saturdays with Conscious Fitness
Personal Training with ActionDore and Laura Charnock

Massage and Sports Therapy with Katia Lella at Cuore Therapies

Membership start from £15.00 for women and students under 15 years old.
