I was told to come back in 2 weeks for a check up which I believe to be urgent as it is causing me pain and meaning I can't walk for long distances. Your waiting room for was empty and you were all round the table having a laugh 
It's a joke really
You should be a bit more professional or at least understanding and put 5 minutes aside to determine what my problem is 
I would then go to a bigger hospital knowing what is wrong and being able to have it sorted much faster

phone is answered quickly by reception , very polite , explain situation , very efficient and great patient care .... you are amazing ... ! after living in surrey all our lives ... and waiting sometimes 3 weeks to be seen ... (mum is end of life care ) you are a breath of fresh air ..... Thank you so much ....
