I would like to thank, once again, the receptionist on the prescription line this afternoon. I was overwhelmed with her helpfulnes's, her professionalism and cheerfulness. I can't remember her name, or even if she told me it but thank you anyway. Well done East Quay medical centre for employing truly caring staff.

I went to the dr today and the dr that wasn't my normal dr was very rude when she was talking to me, let alone when I enquired about something else she said that she couldn't deal with it, as she should of left the surgery a hour before, she also left me waiting in the waiting room half an hour after my appointment before seeing me, as I apparently I didn't turn up or was already being seen by (her) the doctor, but on the reception computer I was already booked in. The appointment went on for 1 hour and 25 minutes which should of only took 20 minutes to half hour maximum. I have been going there since I was little and have never had any problem with my normal doctor, sept the doctor I seen today, I will not be booking with her again, it was a joke not happy at all.!!!

Very bad service, doctors will keep you under pain for long time, this place my worse designer ever!!!!

We feel very lucky to be patients of this surgery the gps and nurses are fantastic ! The majority of the time you get seen at short notice if your really anxious about somthing they will advice you and put your mind at rest , The receptionists are amazing All the staff work hard East quey is a great surgery I highly recommend it

Fantastic gp's have been with them for years. Parking and getting someone to answer the phone on a Monday is a nightmare.
