I have formally makes a complaint many times, but let’s leave a review too. It takes a lot for me to get to this point, so trust me when I say that this practice is a joke the doctors personality is great no complaints there but the capacity to actually do their job is below average. I have never witnessed a person that went to medical school act as if they did a quick course online. I have brought my daughter in many time this month alone and every time I heard “everything seems fine with her” they hardly do a proper check up, you have to already come in with a diagnosis and they just think of maybe prescribing some medication but even in that the fail. How is low oxygen, hardly being able to breath correctly high temp, extremely swollen tonsils to a pint where it hurts to swallow water, and lastly infection…how is any of that normal to a point where you send us home aging without any proper medication or proper medical advice. I am beyond furious that I had to pay a private care to get a diagnosis. I pay £3k a month on nhs in tax for what? I should sue for mal practice but god knows that wouldn’t do anything because this goes deeper. I am beyond disappointed because this is my child we’re talking aboutnAny mother would go to war for their child and I am one of them.

Best doctors I have EVER been to. Absolutely no messing around whatsoever. And I don't feel rushed at the appointment. I feel listened to and they get on with things and investigate the causes. And whatever I do always shows up on my NHS app. My previous doctor's lost all my medical records. This place has done everything within their power to help locate or start a fresh and get me up to date with all the correct information. I have received faster than average responses for going for tests and surgery. The staff are friendly and honestly, I cannot say enough about how good they are. This health care centre so far, for me personally, is the best! At previous practices my family and I have received life threatening health care whilst living in cities like York and Leeds. I could go on forever about how bad the health care was but here in Cannington I am more than impressed. So if you are looking for good health care. This is the place to go.nnThank you Cannington Health Care.

Always professional, helpful and friendly. As everywhere in the NHS there are pressures of patient numbers and Covid has applied even more pressure but I have always been able to book an appointment and always when needed urgently. As long as you understand the prescriptions process at Cannington it works well. Be nice to the staff and they do go the extra mile to help.

This practice has destroyed any faith I have in doctors.nnIf you feel confidentiality is important to you please change practice or do not register here !! you are not in safe hands!! What’s more their cover ups and underhanded behaviour makes them a very dangerous practice the doctors are aware of how damaging their behaviour is and chose to hide behind red tape. You should be truly ashamed of your conduct.

We are not sure why some comments are so rude- we have nothing but praise for the Cannington health centre- always willing to help and very professional considering the varied mix of temperaments with the patients- they cope extremely well making sure they are looking after your needs- we are a family of four and say well done to the surgery -five
