I have visited Specsavers in Bridgwater 3 times and cannot fault the staff. They have always been polite and courteous. This time the lady that helped me choose suitable glasses explained everything clearly. The optometrist was friendly and explained allvhis findings. I highly recommend it.
I had a very pleasant time collecting my glasses They ft comfortably and I and my friends love the colour. Ime so glad I changed them as made a difference to me every day.Thank you and your colleagues for a pleasant experience xx
Absolutely unreliable. They just sent me away from a pre-booked appointment due to the optician's sickness. They said they have to re-schedule it. No thank you. I had to drive 2 hours for this appointment, I'm surely won't come back here again. Previously I had to give them all my phone numbers etc. Why didn't they call me then??
very good service the gentleman i seen was a trainne, i went in with a pair of bent glasses, he stopped at nothing to fix them. to my surprise there was no charge. would definitely come back again, the service was excellent
The staff are very welcoming and polite, and I felt very comfortable during a routine eye test. They are very knowledgeable and I was able to get the answers needed to my questions. I don't go anywhere else for eye testing and new glasses, a wide variety of frames and styles to choose from
Typically bit of a wait as there's only 1 reception spot and a single person can take a few minutes to serve. I was told I'd be called when my contacts arrived and that they should be 2-3 days, I had an appointment to collect my new glasses in 4 days on the evening, I called in the morning and was told my contacts hadn't arrived, so I rescheduled my glasses fitting for over a week later. I still didn't receive a call about my contacts, but went anyway and fortunately they had been delivered but I wasn't called. For the most part the staff are polite and friendly, finding somewhere nearby to park is a royal pita though. Overall it's alright, I'd give them a 3.5/5 if I could.
I was a few minutes late for my appointment and had called ahead, they made it very clear that I might have to reschedule which I understood, but the man who greeted me when I arrived was unnecessarily rude about it
Specsavers are ok. I got glasses there with nosepads. The nosepads were wobbly. Got a appointment. They did some stuff but the nosepads were still wobbly.
Good friendly staff and service. Just be aware of the expensive add ons when buying glasses.
Efficient and friendly, love my new specs! Just be wary of the upselling of the lenses...
