This surgery is absolutely appalling. None of them want to help you have to wait for a month for a phone call which is absolutely ridiculous especially when you have a family member in a lot of pain they refer you to people that don't even deal with the situation your needing help with. Absolutely discusting!!! Would highly not recommend this surgery.
They are absolutely totally useless. Theres no care whatsoever. It can take atleast a month to make an appointment on the phone, they don't let you see a doctor when i't could be life threatening! If you do talk to a doctor they are a total waste of time and they do nothing. I will be moving on to a different medical centre when i can. They just make you worse. Not fit for purpose. The worst surgery of all time! I totally have no confidence in them.
its July 16th and ive been trying to phone in and no answer, after 20 phone calls I drove my 79 year old uncle to the medical centre only for them to turn him away. The receptionist said they haven't got the facilities to treat an infection from a cat scratch, Bridgwater hospital said they are lying and they are doing this to alot of patients. I'm so glad I'm not with this medical centre!!
Absolutely appalling service. Get told no appointments ring first thing in the morning your told. Constantly busy or your 11th in the queue. My daughter has had a medical condition for nearly a year and keeps being told only phone call appointments are available. You want months to actually see a doctor. Disgusting surgery. Will be taking this complaint higher
Today I rang the Taunton road medical centre to see a doctor about a swelling on my neck. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and said she will get back to me. With in just one hour she got back to me and I had an appointment for later on in the same day. I went in and booked in on the screen and waited only a couple of minutes and the doctors called me in. He was very professional and caring checked me over and explained why I had the swelling on my neck and made me feel a lot more relaxed about it. Thank you all in Taunton road medical centre for your help.
