bunch of idiots on cashier! I was joined the queue for 15 minutes, one of the cashier gave me Special Delivery envelope. I decided to fill it on the table and not slow everyone down, but after filling the envelope both cashier asked me to join the queue again. Simply idiots! So if you sending special deliverys from this brunch, do not walk far. Fill it in the same moment, slow everyone, but you will not need to wait in queue twice...

Absolute amateurs or con artists. Passport application rejected for several 'errors' despite it being printed BY THE PASSPORT OFFICE. Then charged me for the rejection - and told me I'd have to pay again to re-preset it. I'd heard stories about them before so after a row I insisted they sent it anyway. Guess what arrived today? Yep new passport. Use another PO with more professional staff would be my advice.
