As a regular customer i always received good service. i find each and every member of staff are very polite and friendly. they always happy to help and give you good advice Also waiting time here is a lot less than Market place post office. i would definite recommend this post office to anyone. only down side is i always end up spending a lot of time chatting with staff :)

Had a parcel delivered there as a 'drop off point' but was told by the guy there that this wasn't allowed - I think the guy assumed I had put down their address. Someone went to look for it and came back to say it wasn't there. I asked again and it was found... If you have a problem with your address being used, take it up with the company, not with me. This isn't my problem, it's your problem to address with the company who have you down. This is the second time that this particular person has had an issue with myself for doing something out of my control, also, talking over me to my male partner? Hmm.

DO NOT USE THIS POST IFFICE AS A DROP POINT EVEN IF IT IS LISTED AS ONE. THE MANAGER WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT. Went in to pick up a parcel from an online store that had this post office listed as a ‘drop point’ only to be shouted at and thouroughly embarrassed by the manager because I was using them to take in parcels like I would if I entered any address into the delivery box. I tried explaining that this address was listed as ‘drop point’ but the manager continued to speak over me and look at me as if I’m talking a different language. He for some reason thought that I had looked up the stores address and in put it into the delivery box as if it was my own address. My item was delivered by Royal Mail to which I had already paid a £3.95 postal charge for and delivered to a Royal Mail post office so it’s not like I was using this location for free delivery. Never have I felt more belittled or stupid in public by a man that didn’t even know the postal system in his own branch and how a drop point works. He even went so far as to shout his own address out in public and tell me it would be the same as having my parcel delivered there. Do not recommend and will not be using it to send parcels from ever again. If I could give it zero stars I would.
