Most useless service you could ask for. They don't care to actually knock properly, use the doorbell or even give you 5 seconds to answer before they scurry away. And if you dare confront them about it 100% they will just say it's your fault and sign off. So enjoy the walk to this place when they inevitably fail to deliver something to you. These guys are open 8am-12pm on saturdays and 8am-4pm on some other days. Come off it, what a joke.
Such efficient service. I don't understand the previous reviews. Everything was so quick and easy. Plenty of spaces for parking
No waiting area, this was a real problem when the pandemic started and it was raining, plus recent opening hours are probably for unemployed people or those working at the night shift!!!!!! Absolutely rubbish!
Very disappointing. Norminating safe place and instructions are difficultand inconvenient. Redelivery dates are often ages away. Dispite the high price, it feels like I am using Hermes
Slow service and no waiting area... Many times I don't receive the parcel at home because the post man don't ring the door bell or don't knock the door at all...lost some delivery because no red card was left... Poor quality service.....lazy postman
Service and the guys are spot on. The reason for my low rating is the opening hours. What is the point in a service that closes at 13:00 Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday. 14:00 on Saturday. Sunday is understandable but the only useful day is Wed being open until 20:00. I work shifts and now have to buy a much more expensive car part to fix my car for an MOT on Saturday. I was out and for some reason they didnt leave it in a safe place. Its Thursday now and the next time I can collect is Tuesday! What the hell?! Weeknights should be open until 17:00. I might have a chance if I leave work early then. Really this service is quite pointless based on those opening times.
Royal mail never try to deliver at all,they are just a card sender,they miss 100% on first so called delivery, even the re-delivery,they never knock the door at all, no matter you leave a message to knock the door please or drop your number and tell them to call when arrive,nothing happen at all,please change your register name to Royal card sender,thanks
Had a sorry we missed you card left although my wife and son were at home. Asked for item to be redelivered to a neighbour as I was going on holiday. I come back to find that my item has not been delivered and no one knows where it is s#!¥ service
Why does redelivery is a such a nightmare for this branch??? Appalling service... Recently postman bothered only to left a card while I was at home. No bell no knock. Unfortunately he was so hurry that he lost his digital reader on my doorstep... After three days from my complain I have received some ridiculous letter from alleged manager called Pam no surname calling me to post this stuff on my cost :-. I had to wait a week for someone to show up and collect their device together with my parcel... Grotesque.
Friendly and polite staff, hardly ever need to queue. Always can find a parking spot too.
