Staff are friendly and doing their best. But always no parking space and queue is long.

Small parking lot, very slow service, which isn't actually the fault of staff. One windon and usually one or two people serving at peak time. Queue out the door so take a coat if it's raining. UPDATE: They don't stick to their open times either. Door opens late and no sense of urgency... Rubbish service.

Went there around 7:30 am this morning to collect my parcel. The service was quick and smouth

Staff are always friendly and polite, never had any problems. Yes can be queues if you go at busy periods and there is not a lot of parking.
